Today’s Video: Black Sabbath – Psycho Man

Black Sabbath-Psycho Man by heyholetsgo

Reunion is a live album by heavy metal band Black Sabbath. It features the original line-up of Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, the first recording of the four musicians together after the firing of Osbourne in 1979. They had had a couple of one-off reunions in 1985 and 1992, but never toured or recorded together.—wiki

Black Sabbath – Devil & Daughter

The song "Call of the Wild" was originally going to be titled "Hero", but when Ozzy Osbourne used that title on his album No Rest for the Wicked, Tony Iommi opted to change its title. "Devil & Daughter" also had the original title "Devil's Daughter", but was changed for the same reason.--wiki

Note: In our attempt to follow all the "singles" of Black Sabbath (at least according to wikipedia) we're even playing awful, dreadful songs no one should hear.

Seventh Star is the twelfth studio album by British heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in January 1986. It was also the first Black Sabbath release not to feature bassist Geezer Butler, who left the band in 1984 after the Born Again tour, leaving guitarist Tony Iommi as the sole original member left in the band.

It was originally written, recorded, and intended to be the first solo album by Iommi, but due to pressures by Warner Bros. Records and the prompting of band manager Don Arden, the record was billed as Black Sabbath featuring Tony Iommi. Glenn Hughes, ex-Deep Purple bassist and vocalist, was lead singer but did not play bass on this release.--wiki

Bee Gees - Spicks and Specks

Like several other pop titles, such as "Streets of London"(1969) by Ralph Mc Tell, "Rain and Tears"(1968) by Aphrodite's Child, and several French songs of that period, the harmony of this song is directly taken from the famous Pachelbel's Canon, and the fascination this harmony generally captures always helped songs to become big hits. By the way, "Spicks and Specks" was historically the first hit to re-use Pachelbel's harmony.
